linux-google-veyron: upgrade to 6.12.54

Upgrading from an older LTS (6.6.y) to the latest LTS (6.12.y) version. The config updates are simply "make olddefconfig" in the first commit and then fixed in the second.

6.12.y appears to behave identically to 6.6.y on veyron-minnie and mickey. All feature testing showed the same results between the kernels.

I used a GNOME image. Appears to be working on minnie: battery, screen, touchscreen, keyboard, touchpad, audio (headphones), camera, lid sensor. Appears to be working on both: 3d acceleration, wifi, bluetooth, FDE, USB-A, HDMI. HDMI audio worked on mickey. Speakers and HDMI audio didn't work on minnie.

Audio was tested using "aplay -D sysdefault", because pipewire is failing with a LUA incompatibility. But I didn't spend too much time fiddling with alsamixer.
