linux-postmarketos-rockchip: upgrade to 6.12.55

Kernels with version 6.10+ lead to screen flickering and distorted colors on a google-dru chromebook.

Reverting it fixes the issue. I'm a bit unsure how to deal with this - I lack the knowledge for a proper fix. I'll keep the MR as draft for now.

This MR includes a patch for the kingdisplay-kd097d04 panel used in google-dru that fixes the corrupted output.
