Administrator requested to merge enhancement/gtk+2.0-maemo_apkbuild into master

Fix the license variable, set @NotKit as original contributor, remove subpackages which are identical to the regular GTK+2.0, replacing the manual patching in prepare() for default_prepare, change $builddir rather than setting $_builddir.
