linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8916: Move from community to testing

The msm8916 kernel no longer meets the requirements for community devices. Demote all devices depending on it to testing.

When we created "community" category of devices 5 years ago, we wanted to highlight first mainline devices among all the barely working downstream ones. Through time the meaning of the "community" category has changed drasticly though, gaining increasingly strict requirements to, seemingly, become the new de-facto "main" category in the absence of any device worthy real "main". msm8916 devices, due to their age as well as many outstanding unresolved issues (notably, gpu driver issues) are no longer able to keep up with the modern software stack. And with the addition of "downstream" category, "testing" now stands in the place of the old "community" category where mainlined devices can still be highlighted.

As such, I believe msm8916 devices are better fit for the "testing" category as of today. This PR moves all devices depending on msm8916 kernel to "testing" category.
