main/postmarketos-mvcfg: remove

Deprecated. See #3580 (closed), lets remove it.

Removed the last users in the last commits.

I personally see no reason for a edge post (as proposed in the issue) since they are ancient and users should go upgrade to each indiviual pmOS version anyway
