WIP: fxtec-pro1: new device (Fxtec Pro1)

Administrator requested to merge device-fxtec-pro1 into master

Add Fxtec Pro1 (pro1) to pmaports. Currently only booting to Weston works, Xorg fbdev driver fails to initialize. It can work with hybris and xf86-video-hwcomposer, but necessary packages are not part of this MR yet.
