motorola-harpia: fix incorrect path in venus firmware package

Administrator requested to merge harpia-firmware-venus-packaging-fix into master

The firmware in firmware-motorola-harpia-venus was being installed to the wrong location, and as a result, was basically useless. This commit fixes that path.
