pmbootstrap qemu booting the kernel for ever

Qemu displays "booting the kernel" for ever. I tried letting it boot for about half an our, and nothing happened unfortunately. Unfortunately I have no Idea how to debug this properly :/ Both, the mainline and the stable kernel didn't work.

My host system is debian testing on kernel 4.17.

When creating MR !1671 (merged) it worked for me.

It also worked for me yesterday as I tested the latest KDE frameworks update. Regarding how to debug this, see Troubleshooting:QEMU and let us know if you need further help

There seem to be some device specific problems with our current Qemu setup. JBB has this problem, and for someone else at Akademy the emulator just segfaults (if I see him tomorrow morning I'll make sure to tell him to make an issue for it). I guess we'll have to debug them separately.

Thanks for checking, then it's a duplicate indeed. I have updated the QEMU:Troubleshooting wiki page to feature these symptoms right at the top, and that it's caused by the full disk encryption enabled.
