setup.py: install envkernel.sh

Right now, envkernel.sh and envkernel.fish can only be used from the git version of pmbootstrap. We should add it to setup.py, so people using the stable release can also use it.

There's also "envsetup.sh", I'm not sure if anybody is using it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
