Running install with --ondev does not print flashing instructions

SUT: pmbootstrap v1.22.0 (via pip3)

I ran pmboostrap as follows:

pmbootstrap install --ondev

Everything seemed fine, but near the end the instructions for flashing are missing:

[13:24:39] Run the following to flash your installation to the target device:
[13:24:39] * If the above steps do not work, you can also create symlinks to the generated files with 'pmbootstrap export' and flash outside of pmbootstrap.
