selecting iwd in pmbootstrap init doesn't work anymore

expected:

• when selecting "iwd" in pmbootstrap init, it actually gets selected

what happens:

• wpa_supplicant gets installed instead of iwd

Apparently it used to work, so there probably was a regression either in pmbootstrap or in pmaports packaging.

Adding a test would be good for this.
