docs: add page on pmb config options

#2505 (closed) shows that the options for pmbootstrap config could be stated in a more clearer form.

I propose to add a dedicated page to list the options and explain them in a nice (tabular ?) form.

i have some time and like to help on this but dont really understand what is needed...

A seperate page which lists all the options we go through when doing pmbootstrap init and each option is described in detail what it does? similar to the options section under Usage ?

Yes, a separate page with all option explained would be a good improvement!
