Add initial packages for flounder port

Isn't done yet, kernel gives multiple errors about CPU frequency and a few firmware configs, but I think by uploading this someone more skilled might get an idea what and where to fix.

We don't have an automated check for APKBUILDs yet (implementation idea in #110), so there aren't 100% clear guidelines for this. However, what do you think about removing the empty lines here, and also in the package() function above, so it looks a bit more consistent?
