Added touchscreen support to sony-coconut

Administrator requested to merge display-sony-coconut into master

In order to acomplish this, I've just disabled CONFIG_TOUCHSCREEN_CYTTSP_CHARGER_MODE from kconfig and removed the panning fix from the device package.
