New device - Sony Ericsson Xperia mini (semc-smultron)

Follow up to unsuccessful pull requests by original author @mishaor !1569 (closed) !1575 (closed)

I only added minor fixes to APKBUILD and tested on real device, to confirm that build is working. Kept original commit to give credit to port author.

(please do not squash!)

The merge request is almost ready now. The only thing that is missing would be moving the device from the "not booting" section to the "feature matrix" above in the devices wiki page. Would you mind doing that?

We have a test case, that should have detected this with the following words, but it seems that it broke during the move to gitlab. I'll look into this.
