pmb.config: Adjust pmaports URLs to postmarketOS GitLab

We moved from gitlab.com to gitlab.postmarketos.org.

@caleb @ollieparanoid I'm not sure if this is enough per se given that users' local pmaports repos won't automatically be migrated to this new remote URL I think?

Thanks! I'd not attempt to change the user's pmaports.git automatically to set the new upstream URLs.
