pmb.flasher: Remove use of args

I can't test this because of:

But this should be ready for review now.

Tested fastboot boot and fastboot flash_kernel with samsung-skomer, works. Would be good to test lk2nd flashing and Heimdall too.

Tested Heimdall flash_kernel with samsung-m0, works fine. I think this is good to go.

Also tested that pine64-pinephone still gets "This device doesn't support any flash method." if you try to use flasher with it.
