support adding hook files to -extra archive

basically to fix: https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/issues/1411#note_893854428

mkinitfs should look in a dir (maybe call it /etc/postmarketos-mkinitfs/files-extra ?) for lists of files to slurp into the -extra archive

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
