Prepare new release of the welcome screen for pmOS v22.06

~~look into the important bugs mentioned in the text, try to fix them (if I find the time, help wanted!)~~
update text
- remove links from the text, rather have more buttons at the end (see rationale in https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketos/postmarketos-welcome-gtk3/-/merge_requests/8#note_947390613)
- get rid of small text to make it more readable, have everything in same font size?
rename this repository to postmarketos-welcome
tag a new release
update the pmaports package

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
