New channels for audio debugging and for amlogic hacking

@funderscore: do you want to add the amlogic channel to https://wiki.postmarketos.org/wiki/Matrix_and_IRC? I think that way people would find it more easily. For the blog post I'll link to https://fosstodon.org/@vitali64sur@mamot.fr/113674484203469058.

I don't consider the amlogic channel to be an official postmarketOS channel. That's also the reason why it is named "#amlogic-postmarketos" and not "#postmarketos-amlogic" - because I think the "#postmarketos-*" namespace should be reserved for official pmOS channels only.

But a mention in the blogpost wouldn't hurt ^^

Should I still add it to the Matrix_and_IRC wiki page?
