Outdated FAQ entry (claims postmarketOS does not use systemd)

In the FAQ, we claim that Snaps won't work on postmarketOS because we don't use systemd. This is no longer true, of course, so we need to update it. We should at the latest do this by the v25.06 release when we integrate systemd into stable.
