Add the blog post for the v24.06 release.

Use some design elements from the WIP redesign already (!264 (closed)), as they look good with the beautiful header image by @dikasetyaprayogi.

Close pmaports#2606

TODO:

  • update download page and listed devices for v24.06
  • phosh: add 0.39.0 backports: (already done according to Newbyte, yay!)

For distros that ship phosh 0.39.0. There's a branch with fixes https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/Phosh/phosh/-/tree/phosh-0.39.x . I'll likely not tag a formal release but if you intend to put this version into a stable release cherry picking those might make sense.

    phosh: add 0.39.0 backports:

    We have added these both in Edge and v3.20, for what it's worth.

    I removed the part about manually having to install gcr-ssh-agent as we ended up adding it to depends instead of recommends, so it will be installed automatically on upgrade: https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/5120
