{core,trusted}-contributors, update contributor gitlab.com profile links to gitlab.postmarketos.org

This is just s/gitlab.com/gitlab.postmarketos.org/g, except:

• gitlab.com/calebccf -> gitlab.postmarketos.org/caleb
• gitlab.com/z3ntu -> gitlab.postmarketos.org/lucaweiss
• gitlab.com/minlexx -> gitlab.postmarketos.org/alexeymin

I assume the gitlab.pm.o profiles were validated to be the same as the gitlab.com profiles by whoever approved them :)
