config.mirrors: make craftyguy.net mirror https

Technically the webserver redirects http-->https, but this doesn't seem to work with apk or something. This fixes an issue where you select this mirror in pmb init, http:// ... gets written to pmb.cfg and set in /etc/apk/repositories, and then apk gets a 404.
