Already solved, without separate issues:

• CI: Force ipv4 for gitlab.postmarketos.org for now (ci-common@2485fb07, pmbootstrap@497188eb) (OSUOSL support #33606)
• CI: DNS issues caused failures in resolving gitlab.kde.org and gnome.org (OSUOSL support #33622)

If you are sure that CI problems related to the new gitlab instance prevent you from merging MRs in pmaports, pmbootstrap, etc., and you have verified locally that CI would succeed then skip CI for now by adding the following to the last commit in the MR:

• [ci:skip-build]: https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/postmarketos/-/milestones/3 (pmaports only, skips build)
• [skip ci]: https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/postmarketos/-/milestones/3 (all repositories, skips all CI jobs)
