Stop building archive and downstream device ports
This topic has been brought up for a second time in a team meeting, sparking some discussion. Right now, https://build.postmarketos.org/ builds all the kernel and device packages in pmaports, including those classified as "archived" and the [newly-introduced](https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/6519) category "downstream". Unfortunately, most of those kernels are not in a great state, and they regularly break, creating quite some maintenance work when trying to do things like [improving categorization](https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/groups/postmarketOS/-/milestones/30). Be sure this is just to stop building binaries, not to remove the APKBUILD files, so people can still continue building the kernels and device packages In the team meeting there were different opinions: * Continue building both categories * Stop building "archived", but continue building "downstream" * Stop building both categories We are requesting feedback on people's opinion and usage of kernels under "archived" and "downstream", so we can make a better decision and avoid breaking people's workflows.
