usb-moded-notify: improve UX

Various small UX improvements:

  • Show notification on each mode change to allow the user to switch again after the first mode selection.
  • Show current mode in notification, hide the current mode in actions.
  • Rewrote 'ask' mode as 'charging_only' which is the same.
