Icon location, new install dir & clean-ups

Administrator requested to merge xfce4-phone_clean-up into master

If merged, please create a tag 0.5.1.

This MR was triggered by Issue pmaports#1418: The pmOS icon was moved, therefore the path of the icon needs to be updated in whiskermenu config.

Along to this, a change of the installation location from /etc/skel to /etc/xdg will be proposed in the related MR at postmarketos-ui-xfce4. This would improve the default config handling. A minor adaption for the move is needed in this MR here.

Besides this, the MR became mainly a clean-up action.

  • Prepare for moving configs to new install directory in /etc/xdg
