v21.12 images fixup & rollout

@craftyguy, thanks for adjusting the config for v21.12 images in 2b23e474! This will need a fixup and roll-out before it becomes active:

TODO:

  • do not set "ui" for v21.12, it should use the default UIs. This is important, because instead of "sxmo" (v21.06), it should now build "sxmo-de-sway", which is in branch_config_default["ui"]. (I realize that this was easy to get wrong, if you like, add a comment to clarify somewhere in the config.)
  • after fixing up the config, roll it out and restart the bpo service. The new images should get added to the queue immediately (during the startup procedure), as the build date is in the past.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
