master/armv7/kclock is stuck

klock has been triggered to rebuild after the URL changed (https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/commit/16adb0f0d45d6261355b5bd9d5acdf0e0d709fd5). Now it does not build anymore on bpo. I cannot reproduce it locally.

After logging in via SSH into the failed build and experimenting, I found that /usr/lib/qt5/bin/qmlplugindump org.kde.kirigamiaddons.dateandtime 0.1 is failing.
