Make key previews a configurable option

Once !104 (merged) has landed, add an option to make the key previews configurable via the config file so that people who don't like the previews can turn them off and still benefit from the pure key highlighting.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
