Due to pmbootstrap now handling provider_priority properly, we can't
nicely have the -systemd variant replace the -elogind variant. For now
let's just ignore this - the only side effect is the additional
logind.conf which goes unused as systemd-logind provides elogind.

This is mostly a mess due to my impatience and wanting to make this
work...
