device-nokia-n900: various improvements (!534) 

- rename 'ch-de' keymap to 'ch' as in X keyboard config file
- add PMOS_NO_OUTPUT_REDIRECT to kernel cmdline (fixes debug-shell)
- add all keymap files in initramfs
- load default us keymap in initramfs
