temp/gtk+3.0: switch to pureos/byzantium branch (MR 2325)

This branch includes a patch to resolve a deadlock when Phosh is
starting up. This patch was merged in aports edge.

The rest of the patches in this branch are minor fixes, so I don't
expect any regressions.
