Kernel Uncompressed when building for Osprey

Describe your issue

On Moto G 2015 (osprey), the resulting kernel image (boot.img) is larger than the boot partition, making it impossible to flash the boot image.

What's the expected behaviour?

Kernel should be compressed using LZMA, and should be around 10MB.

What's the current behaviour?

Kernel is uncompressed, and is 32MB in size.

How to reproduce your issue?

Build an image using pmbootstrap for osprey, try to flash on osprey.
