Plasma Mobile shows kwallet dialogs when connecting to Wifi

What's the expected behaviour?

Connecting to a wifi network works without kwallet dialogs showing up.

What's the current behaviour?

When connecting to a wifi network the first time, kwallet asks the user to set up a password for storing the Wifi credentials. After reboot, that password needs to be typed in again to use Wifi.

How to reproduce your issue?

Use Plasma Mobile + Wifi.

What device are you using?

pine64-pinephone

• edge (master branch)
• v21.03
• v20.05

On what environment did you encounter the issue?

How did you get postmarketOS image?

• from https://images.postmarketos.org
• I built it using pmbootstrap
• It was preinstalled on my device

What's the build date of the image? (in yyyy-mm-dd format)

Also happens after installing updates from today.

Does not happen in Manjaro.
