Upgrade Arm Trusted Firmware and Crust to latest commit

With the 5.12 kernel upgrade (!2149 (merged)) several power saving improvements will land for the PinePhone and the PineTab:

CPU idle support
DRAM dynamic clocking
Touchscreen disabled during suspend

The touchscreen is turned off during suspend in the kernel driver, but CPU idle and DRAM dynamic clocking support in the kernel needs also Arm Trusted Firmware and Crust to be updated to the latest commit.

No releases are available yet for both that include these improvements and fixes.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
