pkexec broken on Phosh

Running a command with pkexec no longer gives a "sudo" overlay on phosh to elevate a command. This is required for the postmarketos tweaks functions that need root.

To reproduce:

$ pkexec ls

This should give a overlay asking for your password, instead it asks in the terminal which doesn't work for GUI apps.
