Can't find snd-seq (missing kernel module?)

What's the expected behaviour?
I'm apparently supposed to have /dev/snd/seq available. I think it's a software MIDI synthesizer.
What's the current behaviour?
A program I'm trying to run won't launch because it can't find this file.

Install pmOS Sway image
