calls not connecting on oneplus6, carrier Telenor

I'm able to place calls, but the calls aren't connecting. the call drops after a while. I'm able to send sms messages, and i have 4G signal. My carrier is Telenor.

What's the expected behaviour?

all lte related functions work

working: sms, placing calls, network not working: having the call reach the intended reciever.

How to reproduce your issue?

1 unlock SIM. 2 place call to contact 3 call drops after a while

was unable to pipe output of ModemManager --debug to a txt file. wl-copy did the trick. read my comment to get logs etc.

Make sure you redact sensitive information such as IMEI, phone numbers, etc.

here's the log. for anyone wondering, the sensitive data appears to be ESN, IMEI, MEID and ICCID.

*edit: it seems calls will connect in both directions, but there is no call audio. this is expected behavior until downstream driver is ported. I can't use mobile data to access the internet. not sure whether mobile data is supposed to work yet, but this bug report may be useless if it isn't supposed to work yet.
