Pinephone keyboard top row keys can not be used for F keys or additional symbols after latest kernel upgrade

What's the expected behaviour?

Previously, using Fn key + 1-10 on the top row would produce various necessary characters such as | \ - _ ~ etc.

What's the current behaviour?

With the latest kernel upgrade pressing Fn+1-10 only produces a ~ or nothing at all.

How to reproduce your issue?

This only became an issue with the linux-postmarketos-allwinner-5.17.4-git20220427-r0 kernel package.

What device are you using?

Original Pinephone with keyboard accessory.

On what postmarketOS version did you encounter the issue?
