Drop temp/xkeyboard-config

What's the expected behaviour?

Using Alpine's xkeyboard-config package.

What's the current behaviour?

We have xkeyboard-config forked with N900 specific patches.

Dear maintainers of the N900 port, @sicelo, @MartijnBraam, @danct12,

can you please do the following:

• check/test whether the patches we carry are still needed
• upstream the ones that are still needed to: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xkeyboard-config/xkeyboard-config
• wait until upstream tags a release that includes the upstreamed patches
• drop our fork of xkeyboard-config, so we can use Alpine's package
