osk-sdl upgrade to 0.67

not released yet, but filing an issue so that we can add it to the v22.06 milestone.

0.67 will (hopefully, if someone can test it...) resolve issues with slow input while using an external keyboard. there are also some other minor improvements (including fixes for gcc12, which don't pertain to v22.06)
