upgrade alsa-* to 1.2.7

the alsa-ucm/libs 1.2.7 upgrade in alpine was reverted because some initial reports showed it broke audio on the pinephone. we should work out what changed, and make sure the newer alsa stuff works with main/community devices before proposing the upgrade to 1.2.7 in Alpine.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
