Pinephone Pro Cannot /boot

What's the expected behaviour?

Hold the power button, phone boots

What's the current behaviour?

Hold the power button, text happens, and end up at "initramfs-extra not found" splash screen

Install using postmarketos latest, for pinephonepro

I am absolutely in over my head here, but it looks like maybe the machine is having trouble mounting the /boot partition, and then has even more trouble finding what it is lookin for from it.
