Plasma Mobile tab switcher previews broken

In an edge plasma-mobile install (e.g. on fairphone-fp4) the tab preview pictures are broken.

Installing pipewire manually and restarting fixes it.

@PureTryOut For tracking this issue, can you recommend where this dependency is missing?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
