Upower 1.90.0 broke battery reporting on many devices such as xiaomi-beryllium

pmOS edge on xiaomi-beryllium seems to erroneously think that the battery is empty, whereas TWRP reports 80%. The system correctly identifies if the battery is charging or not, but reports it as empty nevertheless.
