gnome-shell gets uninstalled on upgrade in edge

Reported by @TravMurav in chat. I created !3443 (merged) to help it, but even after that gnome-shell gets uninstalled (and nothing instead gets installed, I expected gnome-shell-mobile to get installed instead):

More information and help with fixing this is appreciated, I need to go now. Can probably be reproduced just by doing pmbootstrap install with gnome selected.
