htc-vision: wext support in wpa_supplicant default configuration breaks NetworkManager

Currently, the /etc/conf.d/wpa_supplicant file that is shipped with postmarketOS by default contains the flag -Dwext,nl80211. The wext bit breaks NetworkManager on the htc-vision, I need to change it to -Dnl80211 for NetworkManager to do anything at all on that device. I suspect that this might affect htc-ace as well (since that is a very similar device) and possibly other devices.

Maybe it's best to simply disable wext support in wpa_supplicant by default? It has been deprecated and replaced with nl80211 for many, many years now, I'd be surprised if wext were needed for anything to work these days…
