samsung-dream{,2}lte no longer boots

What's the expected behaviour?

Booting pmos on dream{,2}lte works

What's the current behaviour?

Device gets stuck on splash screen when trying to boot xfce4 or fbkeyboard (and probably other UIs). After 3 - 4 minutes splash screen stops moving and at that point it is possible to ssh into device (but not before).

How to reproduce your issue?

Follow installation steps in wiki to install on dream{,2}lte. Reboot to system and note that device stays on splashscreen

samsung-dream2lte

On what postmarketOS version did you encounter the issue?

• edge (master branch)

• v22.12

• I confirm that the issue still is present after running sudo apk upgrade -a

On what environment did you encounter the issue?

Environments

• Phosh
• Plasma Mobile

How did you get postmarketOS image?

• from https://images.postmarketos.org
• I built it using pmbootstrap
• It was preinstalled on my device

What's the build date of the image? (in yyyy-mm-dd format)
